Public Courses

We run public courses on a regular basis throughout the year in various locations globally. These courses typically have between eight and twenty delegates from a number of different organisations and knowledge levels. One day and two day courses are available, but all are highly interactive with workshops and Q&A sessions.

In-House Courses

We do find that some of the issues that our courses cover have an impact on several parts of a business and are seen as sensitive. In these cases, we also run dedicated in-house courses. In-house courses also allow you to discuss the impact of these sensitive issues in a more confidential environment.

Online iCourses

We are developing distance learning iCourses with web based video, interactive tools and resources. These also include personalised webinars to deliver key strategy discussions.

Supporting material

We understand that its not always easy to absorb complex content and that delegates need to some time to absorb the implications of what they’ve learned. So we provide what we think is a unique after-course support service. Each delegate is provided with a username and password to access course materials and support resources after the course, at our web site. For many of our courses, the price will include a copy of the reference text authored by the course leader and commercially published.
