IRS updates to the QI/WP/WT FAQ page

The IRS has updated its FAQ page for Qualified Intermediaries, Withholding Partnerships and Withholding Trusts.

The FAQs that have been updated are:

Q21: This has been updated to include the French translation for viewing the IRS webinar on the QI/WP/WT certification and periodic review process.
Q22: This has been updated to provide guidance on how to update entity legal name changes.

Both of these FAQs are under the section Certifications and Periodic Reviews of the QI/WP/WT’s FAQ page.
